Reporter: Thank you for joining us today, Victoria.
Victoria: You’re welcome.
Reporter: We couldn’t help but notice you’re presence in My Beauty For Your Ashes.
Victoria: Is there a question there?
Reporter: (Clears throat): You are seen as very antagonistic in the first book of the series, why do you think readers see you that way?
Victoria: I believe I’ve been misunderstood. I have lost a great deal. Am I not allowed to be hurt, angry, or frustrated?
Reporter: Sure, sure you are, but you seem to have a great deal of animosity towards your son-in-law, Mason. Why not try to seek comfort from each other.
Victoria: Mason is responsible for most of what I have lost. I would rather hug a live wire than touch him.
Reporter: You are married to Richard. Has he not been able to help you get over some of your loss?
Victoria: Richard is a good man. Many days I feel like he is the only one that cares for me, but some losses cut too deep to close easily.
Reporter: Didn’t your husband suffer a great loss as well? How is he dealing with it?
Victoria: (Shrugs) My husband is a good man.
Reporter: Yes, well, thank you again for agreeing to do this interview.
Victoria: Again, you’re welcome.
